Using Balanced Three


You can find common settings and support options inside the app:

  • Edit your program: Settings → Edit Program
  • Notifications: Settings → Notifications
  • Privacy and legal information: Settings → Privacy / Legal
  • Backup and restore: Settings → Backup
  • Subscription management: Settings → Subscription


Common Troubleshooting


Notifications are not appearing
Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → Balanced Three and make sure notifications are allowed.

Workout timer or screen behavior seems incorrect
Fully close Balanced Three, reopen the app, and retry the session.

Audio is not playing
Check your device volume, Silent Mode, Bluetooth output, and the in-app audio setting.

Subscription or purchase issue
Use Restore Purchases in Balanced Three first. If needed, manage your subscription through your Apple Account.

App data appears missing after reinstalling
Balanced Three stores wellness data locally on your device. If you previously created an encrypted Balanced Three backup, use the app’s restore feature to recover that backup.


Manage Your Balanced Three Subscription


Balanced Three subscriptions are billed through Apple.

To view, change, or cancel your subscription:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your Apple Account at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select Balanced Three.


You can also use Manage Subscription inside Balanced Three once subscription features are enabled.


Canceling a subscription stops future renewal. You may continue to have access through the end of your current paid or trial period, based on the subscription status provided by Apple.


If you reinstall Balanced Three or change devices, use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an eligible App Store subscription.

For billing, refund, or payment-method issues, contact Apple Support.
